Complete item lists of a structure are drawn up by our draftsman. Steel is then procured cut to size or as raw material which will be included in the quality control plan (QCP) Pack. This pack is handed to the client on completion of the contract. Specific material trace ability is practised if this is an order requirement.

All welders are qualified for normal welding processes.Manufacturing programs are drawn up and submitted to the client for approval where required.

Work in progress inspections are done by the workshop foreman. Final inspection and critical hold points are done by our competent inspectors.
